We can't protect our kids from everything that life throws at them so the best thing we can do to help them develop is to make them strong, confident and resilient.
We use age-appropriate skills, challenges, and equipment for all our classes and by using a fun combination of running, rowing, jumping, throwing, carrying, pushing, pulling, climbing and lifting we get children to LOVE exercise from an early age.
We help our preteens and teens develop a love for health and fitness that lasts into adulthood by building strong bones, muscles and minds and our program will minimise symptoms of anxiety and depression and reduce the risk of developing health conditions later in life.
Our program is also as great way to protect from sport-related injuries, building strength and stability from the inside-out to keep developing bodies safe and because our workouts are constantly varied, your child is less likely to fall prey to the overuse injuries that plague common training routines and year-round sports.
Our classes are split into age groups, but dependant on your child's confidence and ability they may be moved to a class better suited to them so they can get the best out of their training.
